Homes In Henderson Nevada - Solera

You can find many different age restricted communities of homes in Henderson Nevada.  The newest of these communities is Solera, developed by Del Webb.  The Solera community of homes in Henderson Nevada has just recently begun developing and already has a huge interest list forming.

Solera is located in the south part of the homes in Henderson Nevada.  It is adjacent to Del Webb's world renowned Sun City Anthem homes.  Solera is found at the base of Black Mountain overlooking the wondrous Las Vegas valley.  

When completed this community will feature an outstanding clubhouse and recreational facility.  This will include a billiard and game room, a hobby room, computer room, and a fitness center complete with state of the art equipment. 

It will also include a spa tennis courts, and an outdoor pool for use of the residents of these Henderson homes. 

Built by Pulte homes, the Solera neighborhood of Henderson real estate feature three different exterior designs.  They come complete with GE appliances, oak cabinetry, and optional upgrades. 

The starting price of these homes is in the high three hundred thousands.  Square footages of Solera homes range from eleven hundred square feet up to nearly eighteen hundred square feet. 

The floor plans of these homes include two or three bedrooms and some have a great room or den available.  All of the Solera homes in Henderson, Nevada are built with a two-car garage.

Pets are allowed in this community, although height and weight restrictions of these pets are in place.  Solera is an age-restricted community.  You must be fifty years or older to own one of these homes in Henderson, Nevada. 

Also, no one under the age of nineteen may live in, (or visit longer than ninety days,) this community of homes in Henderson Nevada.   The homeowners association strictly enforces these age rules. Younger family members and grandchildren are encouraged to visit and join in on the community events and activities; they are just not welcome to live here! 

The Solera community of homes in Henderson Nevada has association fees that run approximately sixty dollars a month. These fees cover the cost of the clubhouse and recreational facilities as well as all shared landscaping areas. 

Solera's homeowners' association fees are much lower than most age-restricted community fees.  This is probably due to the fact that Solera does not include its own golf course.  Of course if you purchase one of these Solera homes you can always play a course at the Sun City Anthem's Revere Golf Club right next door!
