Las Vegas Nevada Real Estate - What's Stoltz Up To?

The Las Vegas Nevada real estate commercial market just received a two hundred million dollar jump!!!  Stoltz Real Estate Partners recently announced plans for two hundred million dollars worth of industrial and office space for commercial development in the Las Vegas Nevada real estate market. 

If you've ever considered investing in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market now is definitely the time to go for it!

Stoltz Real Estate Partners discovered such a major demand for tenant occupancy that they decided to purchase in the Las Vegas Nevada real estate market.  Although the actual purchase price is still undisclosed, their total investment plus construction and renovations will total approximately two hundred million. 

Stolz purchased twenty-six acres of land in the Hughes Airport Center.  This Las Vegas Nevada real estate is located in central Las Vegas just east of the Las Vegas Boulevard strip.  Stoltz is partnering with Goldentree Insite Partners, (from New York,) to purchase and develop this Las Vegas, Nevada real estate land.

The plan is to develop more than five hundred thousand square feet of office and industrial space.  The office buildings will be steel and glass.  The Partners also acquired currently functioning office buildings in the Hughes Airport Center as well as office buildings located in North Las Vegas. 

These buildings total about six hundred thousand square feet.  This commercial purchase is one of the largest of its kind in the Las Vegas Nevada real estate market.  Stoltz and Goldentree estimate this to be a five-year project for their Las Vegas real estate to be functioning at full capacity.

There has definitely been a strong need for this magnitude of a project to take place in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market.  Casinos and Hotels are just one group who have been looking for larger office space in the Las Vegas Nevada real estate to house their administrative offices in. 

As the Las Vegas area continues to grow, commercial real estate comes more and more into demand.  In recent years the technology industry as seen a drastic increase in production from the Las Vegas valley. More and more companies are considering moving their offices, (or a branch of their offices,) to the Las Vegas area. 

This, in turn, increases the values of the commercial land in the Las Vegas real estate market.   We all love to see an increase in our Las Vegas Nevada real estate.  This boom of commercial development is also wonderful for the economy in the fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada area!
