Loft Home Las Vegas

Are you looking to buy a new home and want something really unique?  Then look no farther than a Loft home Las Vegas.  Loft style homes have really come about over the years and they are now the hottest things to hit the Las Vegas real estate market.

Because loft homes Las Vegas are relatively new to this area, they cannot be found on every corner.  You may have to search around a little bit, but you are sure to find what you are looking for in a trendy loft home in Las Vegas.

A loft home seems to be appealing to people of all ages in every income bracket.  When I enter a loft home, I am overwhelming pleased.  The natural light streaming in from the over-sized windows casts terrific shadows on the walls.

The magnificently high ceilings and the spacious open floor plans are reminiscent of pictures of large loft homes of the 1950's in New York's old factory districts.  Of coarse, a loft home Las Vegas still comes equipped with all of the modern conveniences and most are energy-efficient.

Another major difference in a modern loft home Las Vegas and a loft home of the past is the price.  The residents of loft homes past were generally struggling artists with not much money to pay rent.  Now loft homes Las Vegas are selling at prime real estate prices.

Many wonder why popularity has suddenly grown for a loft home Las Vegas.  I believe that buyers appreciate both the style and intrigue of loft homes and yet they also appreciate living in a neighborhood environment and not a factory.

The best place to check out a loft home Las Vegas is at the community Stone Canyon.  It is located on Buffalo Road in the trendy southwest part of the Las Vegas valley.  Sitting on the outskirts of Summerlin, this area is quickly becoming the hottest area of town to purchase real estate.

Stone canyon boasts walls of "breathtaking" heights, removable walls, and even roll-up glass walls.  This is a gated community with a great neighborhood dynamic.  A loft home Las Vegas in Stone Canyon will be starting in the six hundred thousand dollar price range and will be approximately thirty-four hundred square feet.

If you are looking for a loft home that's a little less expensive, then check out the homes being built in Centennial Springs located in North Las Vegas.  These loft homes will start in the three hundred thousand dollar price range.

If you truly love the design of authentic style loft homes, than be sure to check with a realtor to find all that is available.  Watch for a loft home Las Vegas in a great location with a wonderful floor plan.  Also find out what type of flooring and wall styles are available.

You may be able to find the traditional look with hardwood floors and plaster walls and still be able to have all the modern conveniences that a loft home Las Vegas has to offer.
