There are currently six models of the Pinnacle Collection new homes in Henderson Nevada being sold.  These homes range in square footage from approximately twenty-one hundred square feet up to thirty-eight hundred square feet. 

These homes feature three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.  They are all currently being built with three car garages. 

The starting prices for the Henderson Nevada real estate within the Pinnacle Collection are ranging from three hundred and eighty thousand dollars up to five hundred and eighty thousand dollars.  The price of each home is determined by the floor plan, (including square footage differences,) upgrades, and lot size.

These new homes in Henderson, Nevada are currently selling with many upgrades and added features already included in the base price.  However, there are plenty more extras to choose from.  The Pinnacle Collection is selling as somewhat of semi-custom built homes.
