These custom home sites range anywhere from five hundred thousand dollars up to one million dollars.  For these prices you can find lots available from half an acre up to one full acre.  Let's face it; Las Vegas land doesn't come cheap. 

Once you purchase a custom home site, there are wonderful builders on hand to build you your home.  If you can dream it, they can build it.  For a price of coarse!  Whatever route you decide to take, Southern Highlands is sure to have what you are looking for in their new homes for sale Las Vegas!
