Summerlin Real Estate Listings - Great Neighborhoods

When reviewing Summerlin real estate listings, what type of home are you looking for?  Do you prefer a certain size or location of the home?  Are you looking at different neighborhood amenities? 

While glancing over the Summerlin real estate listings with your realtor, make sure to take a close look at the Gardens village.

The Gardens village encompasses four hundred and ten acres of land and holds both residential and commercial parcels.  The Summerlin real estate listings available within the Gardens village are located off of Desert Inn Road, just east of the new Interstate 215 beltway. 

The neighborhoods of this village were planned and designed around a central loop that contains a park and retail center. 

These Summerlin real estate listings nicely surround the gardens Park.  This twenty-acre park has been designed and divided into three separate areas. 

You'll find an active play area with basketball and tennis courts, and a children's play area.  The second area of this park contains a community center and a separate community garden and facility for adult use only.  In this area you'll find horseshoe, bocce ball, and shuffleboard. 

The third area of the Gardens Park is an open lawn area.  This area is often used for sports team practices or organized events. 

You may be able to find some commercial Summerlin real estate listings available in the Gardens Village center.  This center is a neighborhood shopping center that contains grocery, gas station, and fast food services among other retailers. 

It is located in the northeast portion of the Gardens Village.  Much of this retail center is still under way.  Check with your realtor if you are considering purchasing commercial Summerlin real estate listings and want to know if any are available in this area.  The gardens village will soon also be hoe to the Red Rock Community Church.

When looking at the Summerlin real estate listings in this village make sure to take a look out the windows.  Some of the homes in the Gardens have fantastic views of the park, the Las Vegas valley, or the majestic Red Rock Mountains. 

Currently, the Gardens village has single-family Summerlin real estate listings as well as condominium Summerlin real estate listings available.  The condominiums in this village range from thirteen hundred square feet up to a little over seventeen hundred square feet. 

All of these condominiums include a one or two car garage.  They are selling between three and four hundred thousand dollars. 

The single family Summerlin real estate listings available in the Gardens village range in square footage from fifteen hundred square feet up to twenty-nine hundred square feet.  They all include two or three car attached garages. 

The starting price on these homes is currently three hundred and seventy thousand dollars and jumps up to seven hundred thousand dollars.  This drastic price range is the result of size of home or lot and upgrades, (such as a built-in pool, upgraded appliances, counter tops, or flooring.)
