I think the best realtor to choose is that one who has a marketing strategy for your home instead of that one who just waits for the buyers to come themselves.So you need a good marketing realtor.

I couldn't agree more. Too many agents think it's still 2004 and they can get away with the "3P approach": Put up a sign, Put it in the MLS, and Pray.

When you interview a Realtor -- and I hope you will interview several of us -- ask about our marketing strategy! Since 80% of home buyers are now using the internet to look for a home, be sure to pay special attention to what we say about our online strategy.
