| I think the worst mistake you can make is not knowing YOUR bottom line so that you can negotiate what you are willing to come off the price or what you are willing to invest to appease potential buyers. You have to know what your WALK AWAY price is. |

i totally agree with you, kelkat...it would be hard not having everything clear---with yourself..haha...it saves you from regrets... |
