You can make the bathroom sparkel by,

1)Removing any mildew stains and re-grout and re-caulk tile as necessary.

2)Hang bright fresh towels and remove any stains from sinks or toilets.

What a good point. I walked away from an otherwise nice house during an open-house because one of the toilets just looked icky.

The thing I learned that made a huge difference was to clean the light bulbs in the bathroom. I would have never thought of it, but it makes a huge difference and the bathroom looks so much brighter.
