Legacy Estates homes are in the one million to two million dollar price range.  They are all over six thousand square feet and most come with built in pools.  These Henderson, NV homes sit on one half acre to three-fourths acre lots, larger than most Henderson home lots. 

Legacy Estates runs a nearly three hundred dollar a month association fee.  This covers the cost of tennis courts, playgrounds, security, management, and maintenance of the common areas.  Homeowners also get first pick of tee times on the Legacy golf course.  Residents ultimately agree that it pays to live in these Henderson NV homes.
